Job Title. Swedish Order Management Agent Salary circa €21,000.00 Position: Permanent 1. Job Purpose: This position includes all Customer Support responsibilities and activities required to support our customers (channel partners) who purchase through the Company Reseller Store. The core working day will be spent dealing with inbound queries from channel partners who need assistance with their orders, shipments and backlog. 2. Responsibilities and Duties: · Logging and prioritisation of calls from channel partners onto QMS (Vantive database) and following escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues. · Interact with backoffice and logistics (or our Logistics Partners) daily to resolve issues related to logistics (missing*incomplete shipments, damages, delivery slots, paperwork, etc) according to time limits set. · Interact with backoffice daily to resolve issues related to open customer orders (availability, requested delivery date, pricing, etc) according to time limits set. · Take ownership of delinquent QMS queries and determine appropriate action to resolve (i.e. contacting the channel partner, initiating research, obtaining additional information for or about the channel partner, etc.) · Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all of Company`s channel partners and show empathy for these partners at all times. · At all times demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a channel partner and if necessary, escalate "hot" issues to Team Leader · Query information in SAP and QMS (Vantive), K&N T&T, Reseller Store, CIS. · Assimilate complex Company product and procedural knowledge (using Learn&Earn) and effectively communicate same to channel partners as directed · Provide feedback on a daily basis to the team leader on new emerging issues that have been discovered. · Interrogate SAP for the all queries on order status and value and understand SAP functionality relevant in the Company Reseller Store. · Pass on RMA request to backoffice using QMS · Obtain customer PO for B-Stock orders · Contact customer about delays versus original quote and about backlog conversion during product transitions 3. Education and Experience Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent 2 Years in an Order Management*Customer Support*Call Centre 4. Skills and capabilities · Excellent customer interaction skills (via telephone and email) · Be familiar of SAP or similar business solution system · Strong organizational and administration skills · High volume data entry skills · Be familiar with the internet and confident in navigating through relevant sites · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Ability to work effectively with other departments and utilise a team approach to accomplishing goals. · Be a native speaker of one or more of the following languages - Swedish, in addition to having an excellent command of the English language. · Be a self-starter who is m
